Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Alumina of IIM, Kashipur and Insolvency Professional. He had worked with M/s. Escorts Group of Companies (New Delhi) as Sr. Manager- Legal & Secretarial, M/s. Capital Factors & Recoveries Limited, New Delhi as Sr. Manager

Mr. Pratap Chakraborty (FCS & FCMA)
Mr. Pratap Chakraborty is Associate Member of ICSI since 1984 and Associate Member of ICMA since 1987 and also Associate Member of International Institute of Management Since 1990.
He has got vast working experience of 37 years in the Industries as Various capacity such as CFO & Company Secretary’ in various multinational Corporation.
Mr. Rohit Prakash Prit (FCS & LLB)
Mr. Rohit Prakash Prit is an Associate Member of ICSI since 2012 and having LLB qualification, at present working as Practicing Company Secretary.
Mr. Gouri Shanker Mishra (FCS & LLB)
With qualification of B. Com (Delhi University), F.C.S, L.L.B. (Delhi University) and M.B.A., Mr. Gouri Shanker Mishra have over 17 year of post qualification experience in Legal and Secretarial domain. He has been employment for over twelve years holding senior position in Secretarial and Legal Department. He has focused area of practice including Foreign Exchange Law, SEBI and Securities Law and Corporate Litigation. He leads his team at Chennai and Mumbai.
Mr. Bimlendu Kumar (FCS & LLB)
Mr. Bimlendu Kumar, FCS, LLB has over 15 year of experience in Legal and Secretarial domain.He has been employment for over seven years holding senior position in Secretarial and Legal Department. He leads his team at Bangalore.
